Welcome to Cuddle Buddies Bedtime (“the App”), provided by Key Change Entertainment LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and its features, services, and content. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility
Cuddle Buddies Bedtime may be used by individuals of all ages. However, users under the age of 13 must have permission from and be supervised by a parent or legal guardian to create an account, access the App Marketplace, or make purchases or download marketplace content. A parent or guardian who permits a child under 13 to use the App agrees to these Terms and accepts responsibility for the child’s activity.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate
information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized activity, and accept responsibility for
all actions under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Use of the App
You agree not to use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes, modify or copy content, interfere with security, reverse engineer the software, or use automated tools without authorization.

4. Content & Licensing
User Content: You retain ownership of your content but grant the App a license to store, display, stream, distribute, and modify it as needed for technical purposes.
Third-Party Media: Media provided by third parties is protected by copyright and may not be downloaded, copied, or redistributed unless explicitly allowed.

5. Subscriptions & Payments
Prices and terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
The App, including software, design, branding, and content, is the exclusive property of Key Change Entertainment LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the
